Services
We provide RO installation, service, repair, AMC, and RO on rent for residential and commercial customers. Service availability may vary by location.
Booking & Appointments
Service requests can be made via phone, website, or WhatsApp. Appointment timings are subject to technician availability and confirmation.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are indicative and may vary based on site conditions, spare parts, and service requirements. Payments must be made after service completion unless agreed otherwise.
Spare Parts & Warranty
Warranty on spare parts is provided as per manufacturer terms. We use genuine or compatible parts based on customer preference and availability.
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
AMC covers services mentioned in the selected plan only. Physical damage, electrical issues, or misuse are not included unless specified.
RO on Rent
Rental RO units remain company property. Customers are responsible for safe usage. Damage due to misuse may be chargeable.
Service Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, power issues, or unavailability of spare parts.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations should be informed in advance. Service charges, if already incurred, are non-refundable.
